It’s 20ºC at home, but it’s cold

It’s 20ºC at home, but it’s so very cold! I’m dressed in sweater, shirt, and jeans. Fortunately, we have our electricity back already, so we turned the heating on. Still, makes me wonder how cold could that be during the real rough winter, when we have no option to turn the heating on while having no electricity.
